At Yoga with Cone, my philosophy is simple: I believe that yoga is for everyone. My approach is deeply rooted in kindness, empathy, and patience, creating an environment where everyone, regardless of experience level, feels welcomed and supported. Whether you're taking your first steps onto the mat or seeking a new challenge as a seasoned yogi, I'm here to be your guide.
Path to Yoga
My yoga journey began in 2012, and since then, it's been a transformative ride. In 2014, I completed my initial 200 hours yoga teacher training with Yogamaze in Bali, laying a strong foundation for my teaching journey. Seeking further growth, I pursued an additional 200 hours yoga teacher training at Siva Rathna in 2017, exploring diverse aspects of yoga to enrich my practice and teaching methods.

Beyond yoga, I am also trained in Latin dance and Zumba. Fueled by my love for dance, I seamlessly integrated my abilities into Aerial, AcroYoga, and Hatha Yoga, adding a dynamic touch to the practice. This fusion not only enhances the experience but also aligns with my belief in the interconnectedness of movement, balance, and mindfulness.
